BCAA can be taken before, during or after exercise, in addition to any other protein shakes that you might be taking. The additional leucine in VPA BCAA 211 will instigate and maximise muscle synthesis when taken close to your workout. Ideally, 5g of BCAA 211 should be taken around 30 minutes before training.
