Yes! VPA®Australia is an environmentally conscious company. Our plastic bottles and scoops can be put into your usual recycling bin. Our protein bags can be recycled by disposing of them in REDcycle bins located near the checkouts at Coles and Woolworths stores. Our cardboard boxes are recyclable and compostable and we now use biodegradable cornstarch mailing bags.

The products we sell are Formulated Supplementary Sports Foods. You can read more about our workout supplements here. To comply with Australian law, our products carry a warning stating they are "Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women. Should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision."

However, there are no unsafe ingredients in any of our fitness supplements. We recommend consulting a medical professional for advice before starting to use VPA protein powders. Additionally, we advise pregnant and breastfeeding women to avoid our pre-workout products due to their high caffeine content.

The texture of our different proteins varies and may be different from the protein brands you are currently using. Our proteins tend to have a less creamy taste and be thinner as we do not use any fillers.

• Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) – the thinnest but with the highest protein content of all of our proteins.

• Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC) – slightly creamier than WPI due to its naturally higher carbohydrate and fat content.

• Casein – Casein protein has a structure that makes it clump together, making it feel thicker and a bit lumpier in your mouth. This is what makes casein slower to digest.

• Premium Plant – Plant-based proteins are thicker, grainier, and have an earthier taste. Do not expect them to be like dairy-based proteins.

• Pea Protein – Like our premium plant, pea protein is thicker, grainier, and has an earthier taste.

• Egg protein – Used mostly for cooking, egg protein is not suitable for drinking unless you’re hardcore and mix it with a lot of fruit! Read more here.
