As beetroot powder has a very strong flavour we recommend you mix it with water only. We recommend adding it to 250-400ml of water, and shaking or stirring until it is completely dissolved. Some people also like to add beetroot powder to vegetable juices or smoothies. We would not recommend adding it to any other flavoured products, but you could add unflavoured amino acids if they are part of your pre-workout stack.
