Although WPC can technically be consumed at any time, it is best taken directly after training to aid in your recovery, and through the day as a snack or when you need to supply your body with additional protein, such as the day after a big workout. We do not recommend consuming WPC direct before any exercise, as it may make your stomach upset, please consume at least 45 before exercising to allow the WPC to digest.
