Not all protein powder is made equal. When it comes to plant protein powders or vegan protein powders, it all comes down to its ingredients list and how the protein powder is processed. Avoid those that have more than 1 gram of sugar per serve and contains any fillers. Be mindful of what plant protein they use and know how their protein powder is being processed. Good supplement brands should be transparent, whereas dodgy brands often leave out these important information.
