1. How can I sign up?
If you're not yet a VPA customer, you may sign up to Flex Stamps through the widget found on the lower left side of the screen. Simply click on ‘Get Started’ to create an account.
However, if you're already a customer with an account on our site, simply log in to start earning stamps!
2. Is this program a replacement for Flex Rewards? Has Flex Rewards been phased out?
No, it is not. Our Flex Stamps Loyalty Program is our team’s way of further rewarding our customers on the lead up to our BIGGEST sales months of the year – Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the holidays. We’re very excited and you should be, too!
3. What’s the difference between Flex Stamps and Flex Rewards?
Flex Rewards
Flex Rewards is our cornerstone loyalty program, designed to provide enduring value to VPA customers.
Customers earn Flex Points with every purchase, which can be redeemed for a variety of rewards. As customers increase their spending, they advance through tiered levels—Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum—enjoying enhanced benefits along the way. Additionally, Flex Rewards recognises customer loyalty through a referral program.
Flex Stamps
Flex Stamps is a limited-time loyalty initiative running from October 14th to December 20th, 2024.Customers can earn one stamp for every $60 spent or following VPA on Instagram. Stamps can be redeemed for exclusive coupons a free gift and a chance to win amazing prizes in our end-of-year giveaway by completing 6 stamps.
4. I can’t find the access point to my Flex Rewards.
Considering the Flex Stamps Loyalty Program, we have temporarily moved the access point for our Flex Rewards on your customer account page. Rest assured, all your points and rewards are still available for you to use at any time.
• Simply log in to your customer account.
• Find the Flex Rewards button below your address on the left beside your order history
5. Can we still earn Flex Points while accumulating Flex Stamps?
Yes, you can continue earning Flex Points through our Flex Rewards program while collecting Flex Stamps.
6. I have already placed orders earlier this month, will those orders count?
Unfortunately, not. Only orders from 14th of October to 20th December 2024 will be counted in the Flex Stamp Loyalty Program.
7. Can I earn stamps faster by placing larger orders?
Absolutely! The more you spend, the faster your stamps will accumulate. For instance, you can earn two stamps for every $120 spent, 3 stamps for every $180 spent and so on.
8. I already follow VPA on Instagram, yet I don’t have 1 stamp by default.
You may simply re-follow us again on Instagram to earn your 1 stamp.
9. Are we able to use our unique discount codes on major sales like Black Friday and Cyber Monday?
Unfortunately, you cannot use your unique discount codes during major sales like Black Friday and Cyber Monday as our products will already be significantly discounted. However, you can use them at any other time outside the sale period.
10. Is this program available to stockists or wholesale accounts?
Unfortunately, our Flex Stamps program is not available to wholesale accounts at this time.
