It's great to e-meet you and it's even better to have you join the VPA family. We're a tight-knit family and we're always looking to add to the fold.

3. Your free sample will arrive in 5-10 working days depending on where you're located in Australia.
4. You agree to tell at least 4 other mates about which brand they should be using ;-)

CAN I GET MORE THAN ONE SAMPLE FREE?

Unfortunately not, so please don't request this.

HOW LONG DOES A SAMPLE TAKE TO ARRIVE?

5-10 working days depending on your location in Australia. Please note that all of our free samples come from our Brisbane warehouse so they are not delivered as quickly as our paid orders.

DO YOU HAVE A TRACKING NUMER FOR THE FREE SAMPLE?

Unfortunately not so please make sure that your delivery address is correct or else your sample may never reach you :-(

HOW OFTEN CAN I RECEIVE A FREE SAMPLE?
Once every 3 months, provided that you've placed an order in-between your prior sample and the current. Why? - it's fairly self-explanatory but this is to avoid the system being abused. Please don't request special treatment as it puts our customer service staff in an awkward position. We have set aside a large budget for our free samples so that supplement users all over Australia can benefit. We don't wish to have this abused so please do the right thing.

CAN I REQUEST A SAMPLE OVER THE PHONE, VIA EMAIL OR THROUGH ANY OTHER CHANNEL?

Unfortunately not.

WILL YOU BE ADDING MORE SAMPLES TO YOUR RANGE?

Yes, we will slowly.

CAN WHOLESALERS PURCHASE SAMPLES?

Yes, please log in to your wholesale account to purchase samples in lots of 50. Full details are on the product listing.
