First, go to business.vpa.com.au. Enter your email address and a one-time passcode will be sent to you. Easy peasy!

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING ONCE LOGGED IN?

Nope, you're good to go and ready to place your next order.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. WILL IT BE AFFECTED?

Not at all. If you've already received an order confirmation email, your order is safe with us and it should go through our systems without any issues. You should also receive shipping updates via email within the day or the next business day of your order.

WILL MY ACCOUNT DETAILS AND ORDER HISTORY BE RETAINED?

Yes, all your details including your order history will be available to you as soon as you’re logged in. Alternatively, you can access it through this link https://business.vpa.com.au/orders.

WHAT DOES PASSWORD-FREE LOGIN MEAN?

Passwords will no longer be in effect for wholesale customers. Instead, you will receive a one-time passcode through your email each time you login.
