WHAT IS VPA CONTACT FREE?

VPA Contact Free is a contactless way to allows your clients to purchase your VPA stock from your gym or PT studio using the camera on their mobile devices.

  • You receive payment directly into your bank account within 48 hours.
  • No need for taking credit card payments or having staff members take payments face to face with your clients.
  • No need for setting pricing stickers, they just scan the barcode on the product to be told the price.
  • It's effortless purchasing, re-ordering and price setting.

All you need to do is display your stock.

HOW IT WORKS

Put up the official VPA Contact Free poster in a visible pot in your gym or store. This poster will bear your store or gym's unique QR code for customers to scan.

The customer must follow the 3 easy steps as mentioned on the poster. Scan the QR code, scan the barcode of the product they wish to purchase and makes payment via their phone. The customer can then proceed to show receipt to a staff member and receives their product..

Payment from the purchase will go to VPA and each week VPA will pay you for the products you have sold via the contactless purchasing system

STAFF INCENTIVES

Our awesome new Contact Free POS system comes with a great way to motivate your staff to foster great community engagement and sell VPA products fast.

Registered staff members on our system will get commissions for every new customer's 1st VPA purchase. Commissions are set to 5% per order.

HOW TO ADD A STAFF MEMBER

  1. Login to VPA ContactFree POS Admin
  2. Once you're logged in click 'Staff' on the left tab
  3. To create your first staff member, click the ' Create' button
  4. Complete the form and hit 'Save'
  5. A unique 4 digit Incentive code will be created for each Staff member you add.
  6. Don't forget to encourage your staff members to give their Incentive code to their clients and customers

How do I sign up?

You're automatically signed up when your application for a wholesale account is approved. Click here to apply now if you haven't already done so.

How do I start?

  1. You will need to purchase either a pull up banner (search banner once logged into your wholesale account) and/or poster from us with your UNIQUE QR code on it to put on display next to your VPA stock.
  2. Fill in your BSB and account number in our admin platform (for the bank account which you would like to receive payment to).
  3. That's it you're ready to go!

You will never have to add a pricing sticker or worry about product reorder again. Your customers can purchase whenever they like as long as they have a mobile phone.

Who sets the prices?

You do. Tiers of pricing available to you.

  1. .5% higher than our website price
  2. 0% change = exactly the same as our website pricing
  3. 5% lower than our website price [Recommended]

VPA contactfree admin explained

  • Profile - set your password and mobile phone number.
  • My Orders - view all of your customer orders (VPA will be adding a remarketing feature to send more customers to your gym/PT in 2021). You can also refund customers from this page if necessary.
  • My Bank Account - set the BSB and account number to which you would like to receive payment.
  • My Re-order - this automatically reorders the product (including the same flavour) that you have sold to make reordering easy. Note, reorders will only be placed once you have reached an order value of $250 in product.
  • My Pricing - set your pricing as per the above.
  • My Past orders - view your past orders from VPA.

Are there any fees?

2% credit card processing fee is taken by our payment gateway. VPA does not receive these funds and this is industry standard for credit card processing fees.

Is there a minimum contract period?

Nope!

What payments methods can my customers use?

VISA, Mastercard, Amex, ApplePay

Do my customers receive an invoice?

Yes they will receive an invoice if they choose to enter their email address and/or phone number on purchase completion.

How do I get paid?

Your funds get automatically deposited into your bank account within 2 working days of your customer making a purchase.

ARE there Staff Incentives?

Yes! There is a commission-based reward system for your Staff.
Commission is set to 5% of new customers first purchase only.

Minimum payout to staff is $100.00. Payout occurs at the end of each month via Bank Transfer.
