Can I change any items in the pack?
Unfortunately not, the packs are pre-packed based on our VERY best selling products and flavours. These packs will change in future to reflect ONLY our best selling products. Please note this. We can 100% assure you that you are not receiving old flavours or items.
We know what sells best (over 2 Million products sold), so we want to help you achieve the best ROI on your stand.
Should I put all the stock out?
Absolutely. Stack em high, watch them fly - if your VPA shelf is full, your products will sell much faster. This is proven retail methodology.
Are the products priced with a pricing label?
Yes they are. We label our refill pack with our product pricing on the actual items. If you wish to have your own pricing please remove the pricing label and add your own. Our research has shown that products move MUCH faster if they are priced for consumers to read (rather than constantly having to ask staff members what prices are).
How do I return unsold items?
Complete our returns form (60 days+ post purchase) - https://www.vpa.com.au/contact-us
We will then email you with your return instructions. You will receive a refund to your credit card (shipping costs not included) for your returned items at the designated prices.
Who is this pack available to?
Our retailers in Austalia (NZ and USA risk free pack is coming soon).
Can I buy multiple packs?
Yes you can, some retailers purchase multiple refill packs.
Can I return other items that have not sold?
Unfortunately not. We will only accept returns from these items as we know that they are fast moving and confident that you will see great results. If we were to have a free returns policy on all products it would not be a sustainable business model so please do not request this. If you return items NOT included in this package you will be charged return shipping costs to have them returned so please follow the return instructions carefully.
Can I subscribe to this pack?
Unfortunately not at this stage; however we may be introducing subscription models (for convenience, NIL discounts on our extremely competitive prices) later in the year.
