Shipping - Australia Post, Aramex, Same Day Delivery Couriers
DELIVERY OPTIONS!
You've asked for it and we've delivered!
Apart from Australia Post and Aramex, VPA now allows you to choose Same Day Delivery with Rendr for faster delivery!
On top of this, we also have warehouses in Brisbane and Melbourne.
This means that for orders within Melbourne will now receive delivery MUCH faster
(previously we would send these orders from our Brisbane warehouse).
Benefits
Many customers prefer one courier to another and vice versa. By offering you the choice, you can now select which courier you would prefer. This also allows our customers that prefer Parcel Locker (Australia Post only) and PO Boxes to receive their orders faster!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Will it cost any more?
No - it's FREE delivery for all orders over $150 and $8 for deliveries under $150. Australia Post Express will be slightly higher depending on your total order weight. Same Day Delivery cost would depend on the distance from our warehouse to the delivery address.
Why don't I get the option for Aramex delivery?
There are a number of reasons. If you are outside of Aramex's 1-3 day network then you will not be able to receive delivery via Aramex. Also all deliveries to PO Boxes, Army bases etc must be made through Australia Post.
Will I still receive my tracking information?
You sure will! For all orders received before 4PM you will receive your tracking information on the same working day. Our pick and pack staff do an incredible job of sending out hundreds of orders each day. Improvements in our pick and pack ERP has meant that we can now send more packages than ever!
What are the delivery times?
Aramex (if available for your area) is 1-2 working days and Australia Post is defined as 2-5 working days for Standard Shipping (up to 10 working days for remote areas in Australia) while 1-2 working days for Express. Same Day Delivery is within 4 hours. Australia Post tells us that for deliveries within Brisbane and Melbourne they are as fast (if not faster) as all available courier options. You can be the judge!
Can I change couriers once my order has been processed?
Unfortunately not, once you have completed checkout, your choice of courier can no longer be changed. This includes during packing and obviously once dispatch has completed.
