Unlike most supplement companies, our new and improved flavours are developed in-house by our very own full-time food technician with over 15 years’ experience creating some of the world’s most recognized food, beverage and sports supplement products. Our rigorous sourcing of raw ingredients to find the ideal combination of rich flavor profiles, combined with our repeated blind flavour testing with large populations of customer demographics, means the process of creating a single VPA® flavour can take between 3-6 months.

This stringent process of flavour perfection means that ALL our flavours are created based directly on VPA® customer preferences, so you are receiving the ideal flavours for your taste buds. We are so confident in the flavours that we release into our VPA® range, that we are willing to be the only supplement company to offer a full FLAVOUR HAPPINESS GUARANTEE. If you do not like the flavour you purchased for any reason, we will send you another flavour of your choice for FREE.

If you are not 100% happy with your product, please Contact our service team to arrange to have the product returned for an exchange. Please make sure that at least 90% of the product is returned.

We guarantee the purity of our product. Why, because we pack and blend all of our products on our HACCP approved, ISO approved facility in Brisbane, QLD, Australia. We regularly test the purity of our products so you can be confident that you will never be receiving under-dosed or amino-spiked supplements from VPA® Australia.

RETURNS POLICY

We strongly believe in our products and want every customer to leave satisfied, whether they like our products or not. For this reason, we created the VPA® Product Guarantee. Due to unavoidable fraudulent activity, we have had to create guidelines for returns and replacements.

The VPA® product was purchased directly through the VPA® website

  • The VPA® product was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • Approximately 90% of the product is returned to VPA®. There are two reasons we have had to request this. Firstly, to stop those customers who want to take advantage of the Product Guarantee to get free products. Secondly, to test the product upon return.
  • NOTE: There are no exchanges or refunds on free promotional products

How to use the VPA Product Guarantee:

1. Contact our customer support team and request the Product Guarantee.

2. Send the product back to the address given to you by the customer service team (ensure approximately 90% of the product is intact).

3. We will send out a replacement product of your choice (same dollar value of returned product) within 1 day of receiving your returned product.
