Directions
Add 2 flat scoops to 938mL of water. Stir or shake for 20 sec, or until completely dissolved.
DO NOT EXCEED 1 SERVING PER DAY
Recommended Dosage: 1 serving per day, at least 30 minutes before exercise. Flavour can be altered by adding or reducing water.
