Ingredients

30g Whey Protein Isolate in Vanilla
45g Rolled Oats
100g Banana
20g Raspberries
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
30g Anchor protein plain Greek yoghurt
6g Fix and Fogg coffee maple
Peanut butter
2g toasted flaked almonds

Directions
Blend everything expected for raspberries and 1/4 of the banana in a blender and pour half the mixture into a greased oven proof dish then sprinkle in raspberries and pour oven remaining mixture.
Top with slices of the last bit of banana and put in the oven at 180 for 30 mins.
Served with yoghurt, peanut butter, toasted almonds and some extra raspberries - ENJOY
