Have brunch sorted this Mother’s Day with these easy protein waffles. Made using VPA’s Protein Pancake Mix, the options are limitless when it comes to mix ins and toppings.

Ingredients

2 very heaped scoops (80g) VPA Protein Pancake Mix
140mL water
1 tablespoon coconut or vegetable oil
Mix ins and toppings of choice
Directions
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake for 10 seconds.
Pour batter onto a heated waffle iron and cook until done.
Decorate as you choose with toppings, fresh fruit, ice cream or yoghurt.
Recipe Note
Try mixing in blueberries to VPA’s Buttermilk Pancake Mix or choc chips to VPA’s
Chocolate Pancake Mix.
