A breakfast favourite, French Toast. This recipe has VPA Caramel WPI and is topped with fried banana and homemade caramel or sugar free maple syrup.

Ingredients
-
1 scoop VPA® Caramel WPI
1 Egg
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
Splash of Milk
4 slices of bread
Banana & Homemade Caramel to top
Directions
In a large mixing bowl combine the protein and wet ingredients.
Take the bread and soak one at a time.
Fry with a little butter in a pan over the stove until they begin to crisp.
Top with Banana and home made caramel sauce.
