Here is an easy way to sneak some extra veg into your pre or post workout snacks. Carrot Cake Protein Balls! With added VPA® Collagen Pro®.

- 1 medium Carrot
- ½ cup Coconut
- ½ cup Rolled Oats

2 scoops VPA® Vanilla WPI
- ½ cup Dates
- ½ tsp Ginger
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Almond Butter

1 scoop VPA® Collagen
Directions
- Grate 1 medium carrot.
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients and mixture comes together.
- Take about 2 tbsp of mixture and roll between palms to form a round ball.
- Repeat with remaining mixture.
