One of our favourite teas made into a delicious Chai Tea Protein Slice. This one uses our delicious and versatile vanilla whey protein isolate to create a moreish snack!

- 5 1/2 cups Plain Flour

30g VPA® Vanilla WPI
- 1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 tbspn Vanilla
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Almond Butter
- 1 tbspn Chai Tea Mix
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180º and line a square baking tin.
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
- Transfer mixture to the baking tin and press down evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until slice begins to lightly brown.
