Ingredients
215g Banana, Mashed
10g Queen’s Vanilla Extract
100g Blue Diamond Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
60g Natvia Natural Sweetener

100g VPA® Chocolate Vegan Plant Protein
25g Cadbury Premium Dark Cocoa
5g McKenzie’s Baking Powder
45g Uncle Toby’s Traditional Oats, Blitzed
60g Pana Organic Hazelnut Chocolate Spread
40g Cadbury Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
Directions
Preheat your oven to 170 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper
In a bowl, combine mashed banana, vanilla extract and almond milk. In a separate bowl, mix together sweetener, protein powder, cocoa, baking powder and oats.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Weigh total mixture and divide by 12, this will give you the total grams of mixture per cookie.
Distribute mixture into 12 even cookies on a baking tray. Fill each cookie with 5g of hazelnut spread, and mould cookie dough around the spread. Top with choc chips and bake for 15 minutes.
