Here is a brilliantly dense coconut cake, loaded with protein and lightly dusted with icing sugar. Made with VPA® WPI in Vanilla flavour.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Milk 
- 1 cup SR Flour 
- 1 cup Coconut 
- 2 scoop Vanilla WPI 
- ½ cup Coconut Sugar 
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 160º and line a cake tin. 
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients until smooth. 
- Transfer to the cake tin and back for 30-35 minutes.
