This fudge is so much more than your traditional Peanut Butter fudge, loaded with protein, topped with a delicious chocolate layer and covered in silver and gold sprinkles it’s sure to be a hit.

- ½ cup Almond Meal
- 2 scoops VPA Vanilla WPI
- Dash of Vanilla
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup (sugar free)
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Tahini
- 70g Dark Chocolate (80% or higher)
- 50g Coconut Cream
- Festive Sprinkles

Directions
- In a cake mixer, combine all base ingredients until smooth.
- Press into a lined loaf tin and chill in the freezer.
- To make the chocolate topping, melt the chocolate and coconut cream over a low heat.
- Top the base with the chocolate mixture and scatter over the festive sprinkles.
- Chill until set.
