Nothing like waking up to Christmas Day with a good healthy and high protein bowl of oats. With all the delicious meals and holidaying from the night before, it's time to balance things out with a good breakfast. Grab your Christmas chocolate and healthy nuts and pop 'em in a bowl.
This holiday oatmeal is made with Vanilla WPI.

Ingredients
40g Uncle Toby’s Quick Oats
250ml Blue Diamond Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

20g VPA® Vanilla Whey
1/8th Teaspoon Ground Cloves (0.5g)
1/8th Teaspoon All Spice (0.5g)
1/8th Teaspoon Cinnamon (0.5)
1/8th Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg (0.5g)
25g Banana, Sliced
12g Cadbury Gingerbread Biscuit Chocolate (2 Squares)
10g Pecans
2 x Coles Festive Iced Stars
10g Queen’s Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Directions
In a saucepan, combine your oats, almond milk, ground cloves, all spice, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cook on a low heat, continually stirring until liquid has absorbed. If necessary, add in additional water until desired consistency is reached.
Once cooked, remove oats from heat. Add in protein powder and mix until combined.
Pour oats into a serving bowl. Top with sliced banana, gingerbread biscuit chocolate, pecans, festive iced stars and drizzle over maple syrup. Garnish with some additional cinnamon. Serve and enjoy!
