Whip up a batch of these quick and easy Raspberry Choc Cookie. Vegan friendly and Flour-free.

- 1 can Chickpeas (400g)
- ½ cup Rolled Oats
- 2 scoops Vanilla WPI
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Flax Meal
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 100g Raspberries
- 2 tbsp Vegan Chocolate
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 170º and line a baking tray.
- In a food processor combine all ingredients keeping to Raspberry and chocolate to the side.
- Gently mix through the raspberries and chocolate.
- Take bits of the mixture, roll into balls and press onto the tray.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
