Wondering what else to do with your fresh raspberries? Raspberries are good source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. They are rich in color and sweet and juicy and are no strangers to a good bowl of protein oats or protein smoothies.
Try out this easy, no-bake raspberry crumble slice for a change. These delicious fruity bars are packed with protein, has low-calories, less than 2g fat per slice and a tasty chia jam with no added sugar.

- 150g Frozen Raspberry
- 4 tbsp. Chia Seeds

1 scoop VPA® Vanilla WPI
- 180g Dates
- 120g Coconut Flakes

2 scoops VPA® Vanilla WPI
- 40g Rolled Oats
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Jam
Base and Crumble
Directions
- To make the jam, combine the defrosted raspberries, chia seeds and protein. Set aside.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a food processor. Set aside ½ cup of mixture for crumble topping.
- Transfer to a square tray and press in firmly.
- Top with the jam and sprinkle the crumble over the top.
- Set in fridge. Enjoy.
