Ingredients
130g Uncle Toby’s Quick Oats
-
60g VPA® Salted Caramel Protein Powder
20g Honey
10g Queen’s Vanilla Extract
40g Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese
40ml Skim Milk
10g Lindt 70% Cocoa Chocolate
Directions
In a food processor, combine oats, protein powder, honey, vanilla extract, cream cheese and milk. Blitz until combined. (NOTE: If your mixture is struggling to combine, add small amounts of additional liquid to assist in blending. If your mixture is too runny, add more oats).
Weigh the total mixture and divide by 10, this will give you the total gram per protein ball. Roll the mixture into balls. Place in the fridge for half an hour to set.
Once set, melt chocolate and drizzle over. Refrigerate for a further 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
Recipe Note
These can be stored in the fridge or freezer.
