Ingredients
300g Banana
3 Whole Eggs
10g Vanilla Extract
50g Honey
140g 0.5% Fat Greek Yoghurt
140g Plain Flour
100g Self Raising Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda

100g VPA® Vanilla Whey Isolate
200g Raspberries (Frozen or Fresh)
100g White Choc Bits
Directions
Preheat your oven to 160 degrees and line a muffin tin
Mash banana in a bowl. Mix in eggs, vanilla extract, honey and yoghurt.
In a separate bowl, mix together the plain flour, self raising flour, baking powder, baking soda and protein powder.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combined. Gently mix in your raspberries and choc bits.
Weigh the total mixture and divide by 12, this will give you the total grams per muffin case. Distribute the mixture between all 12 cases.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Once cooked, remove and enjoy!
