Ingredients
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp peanut or almond butter

1.5 scoops WPI chocolate protein
1 cup quick oats
150g dried dates

1 scoop beet powder (for coating)
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender until combined. Using your hands gently roll into 8 balls.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle beet powder on top prior to serving.
