Here is a perfectly fluffy Easy Vegan Chocolate Mug Cake made with VPA® vegan Premium Plant protein. In less than 5 minutes you could be tucked up on the couch enjoying a tasty dessert with no hidden nasties.

1 scoop VPA® Chocolate Premium Plant
- 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 Flax Egg*
- ¼ cup Milk (Coconut or Almond)
- 1 tbsp White Chocolate Chips (Vegan)
Directions
- Set the choc chips to the side.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth.
- Transfer to a large microwave safe mug.
- To with the choc chips.
- Microwave for approx. 1 minute. **
- Enjoy your Chocolate mug Cake.

- To make a flax egg, combine 1 tbsp of flax meal and 2 tbsp of warm water.
