If you're looking for a no bake, easy to make yet cute healthy Easter recipe, try our High Protein Chocolate Easter Nests. It literally takes less than 10 minutes to prepare and ticks all the boxes as the perfect Easter dessert or snack, it is chocolate flavoured, high in protein (12g per serve), and very instagramable. Made with VPA® WPI protein powder.

Ingredients

2 scoops VPA® chocolate protein powder
1 tsp peanut butter
65g crunchy noodles
chocolate speckled Easter eggs
Directions
In a saucepan, add two scoops of chocolate protein powder. Using the protein scoop, fill with water and add to saucepan. Bring to the boil and stir.
Add peanut butter. Continue to stir until melted. Remove from heat.
In a bowl place crunchy noodles.
Gently pour the chocolate and peanut butter mixture over the noodles and combine.
Spoon mixture into five evenly sized ‘nests’
Freeze for one hour.
Remove from freezer and place chocolate eggs in nest.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
