A healthy high protein donut? Yes, please! This easy healthy chocolate coconut donut is delicious and protein packed. Made with VPA® Chocolate whey protein isolate and coconut whey protein concentrate.

- 1/2 Cup Buckwheat Flour
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder

2 scoops VPA® Chocolate WPI
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 scoop Coconut WPC
- 1 Tbsp Milk
- Shaved Cococnut (to sprinkle over)

Directions
- In a mixer combine all donut ingredients.
- Divide into 4 and shape into round donuts.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- While the donuts are cooling, prepare the icing by combining all the icing ingredients.
- Sprinkle with coconut.
- Enjoy your healthy Choc Coconut Donuts.
