This no-bake high protein matcha slices are incredibly fast easy to prepare. Made with VPA® Chocolate Mint whey protein concentrate. Feel free to experiment using any of our other protein flavours.

- 35g Dates
- 50g Cashews
- 15g Hazelnuts
- 1 scoop Choc Mint WPC *
- 2 tbsp Coconut cream
- 1 tsp Peppermint
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Matcha
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
Topping
Directions
- In a food processor blitz the dates, cashews and hazlenuts together.
- Press into a small lightly greased round tin and freeze while making the topping
- To make topping blend WPC, Coconut Cream, Peppermint, Maple Syrup, Matcha, Almond Butter and Coconut Oil together.
- Place on base and put in freezer to set.
- Enjoy your Protein Matcha Slice.
