Mini Mint Patties

Directions

1. In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients, keeping the dark chocolate aside. 

2. Take about 1-2 tbsp of the mixture and shape into disks either using your hand or a mold. 

3. Melt the dark chocolate. 

4. Take the disks and coat them in the chocolate one by one. Setting them on a tray.

5. Chill for 30 minutes or until set.
